Our tapioca starch, made from the cassava root/manioc root, is gluten-free and has a fine, white texture. Its neutral flavor easily absorbs the flavor of other ingredients and provides an airy texture in dishes. A versatile binder for both sweet and savory recipes. Tastes good, feels good.

Thickening:

  1. Stir tapioca starch with cold liquid until smooth
  2. Add to boiling liquid while stirring
  3. Allow to boil briefly
