Joannusmolen is looking for an HR Advisor to help continuously improve our performance. Are you eager to apply your HR expertise to contribute to achieving our organizational goals? What does the position entail?

  • You will be involved in developing and implementing HR policies
  • You are responsible for managing sick leave and monitoring actions in accordance with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
  • You share responsibility for optimizing (existing) HR tools, such as the job house, job profiles, performance management, and more
  • You will advise and support the recruitment of new employees
  • You will play an advisory role to the MT/Management and address all common HR-related questions
  • You will also be responsible for drafting the health and safety policy, including following up on the RI&E
  • Contributing to the personal development of employees by organizing educational and/or training courses
  • Ensuring accurate salary and personnel administration for inflow, throughput, and outflow processes

What do we ask for?

  • You have a completed Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field
  • You possess extensive HR knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest relevant laws and regulations
  • You have integrity and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accuracy is in your DNA
  • You are proficient in working with digital systems, such as MS Office and personnel information systems

Our company

Through in-depth knowledge of the baby food category, Joannusmolen develops relevant products in line with the latest trends and developments. Joannusmolen uses legumes and special cereals as a basis. We then combine playful and challenging shapes with vegetables and fruit. Low in salt, low in fat, oven-baked, not fried, no sugar added etc. The modern production facility is fully robotised and built to produce as efficiently as possible to ensure full focus on controlling the process and quality of the products. Sustainability has been in our DNA for 40 years. We are continuously driven to devise and implement solutions that help make the world a little more liveable for ourselves and the generations to come.
