To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee. What does the position entail?

  • Act as the first point of contact and key link with the internal organization regarding the sales order process and customer-related matters. For our A-accounts, you go a step further and serve as their daily go-to partner
  • Maintain close contact with the Customer Service Manager, aligning and supporting where needed
  • Own the order flow by managing daily order processing and invoicing for existing customers
  • Keep a sharp eye on customer forecasts and order status to support production planning; identify and report deviations to ensure reliable and timely deliveries
  • Proactively manage stock levels and communicate with the Customer Service Manager and, when required, with the customer
  • Contribute to the optimization of data management, including improving product information and sales tools within the order-to-cash process
  • Strive for maximum customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities and challenges in operational collaboration both internally and with customers, and initiate improvements
  • Represent Joannusmolen as the first telephone and digital point of contact, ensuring professional handling of questions and complaints from customers, consumers, and suppliers
  • Support the organization of national and international trade fairs
  • Ensure product samples and packages are sent to (potential) customers

What do we ask for?

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level
  • Strong communication skills combined with accuracy and a structured approach to effectively manage the link between “inside” and “outside”
  • Able to work independently while being a proactive, team-oriented professional with commercial flair
  • Flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to switch quickly
  • Naturally customer- and service-oriented
  • Affinity with the food industry
  • Strong digital skills, with experience in systems such as Excel and ERP
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; German and Spanish are a plus

Our company

Through in-depth knowledge of the baby food category, Joannusmolen develops relevant products in line with the latest trends and developments. Joannusmolen uses legumes and special cereals as a basis. We then combine playful and challenging shapes with vegetables and fruit. Low in salt, low in fat, oven-baked, not fried, no sugar added etc. The modern production facility is fully robotised and built to produce as efficiently as possible to ensure full focus on controlling the process and quality of the products.
