To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Product Coordinator (40 hours per week). In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire commercialization process of both new and existing products. You play a central role within the company, working closely with internal departments, customers, and suppliers. What does the position entail?

  • Coordinate commercialization projects from implementation to launch, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Manage and communicate the design process and print approval for private label packaging, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues regarding new and existing product introductions
  • Monitor deadlines, identify risks in commercialization and (re)design projects, and proactively take action to avoid delays, ensuring smooth execution of all project phases
  • Support the Sales and NPD (New Product Development) teams in the preparation, coordination, and execution of product launches, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary information and tools
  • Manage and maintain technical documents such as packaging specifications, cutter guides, pallet configurations, and labels, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of packaging information in both internal and customer systems, including product data, packaging specifications, and pallet configurations
  • Take an active and leading role in various projects, chairing meetings to discuss progress, identify bottlenecks, and assign actions to ensure successful product introductions
  • Identify process and workflow improvements in commercialization, packaging management, and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to increased efficiency, communication, and data quality

What do we ask for?

  • Bachelor’s level working and thinking capability
  • Strong communication skills combined with accuracy and a structured approach to effectively manage the link between “inside” and “outside”
  • Able to work independently but also a proactive team player with commercial flair
  • Flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to switch quickly
  • Affinity with the food industry
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Excel and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Ceflex requirements and KIDV standards
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
