Recipe idea for Polenta

Use 1 liter of water for 200 grams of corn meal. Fill a large pan with water and put on the heat. Sprinkle the corn meal into the pan while stirring. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to low. Let boil for about 40 minutes. Stir very frequently.
