Our gluten-free cornmeal consists of the flour of ground corn kernels and is easily digestible. Corn flour is more than just a binder; you can bake all kinds of dishes from it. This slightly sweet flour is perfect for tortillas, corn bread and porridge. Tastes good, feels good.

Corn tortillas:

250g corn flour
300ml lukewarm water
0.5 tsp salt

Knead everything together and let rest for 5 minutes.
Form balls, flatten into tortillas.
Fry without oil or butter.
