Rice flour porridge:

150ml milk
8g rice flour.

Mix the rice flour with a small amount of milk.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil.
When the milk boils, mix in the rice flour while stirring.
Let the porridge boil gently for 5 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
