To further improve performance within Joannusmolen, we are looking for an Allround HR Business Partner. What does the position entail?

  • Develop and strengthen HR policies
  • Optimize existing HR tools and processes such as job classification, job profiles, company regulations, performance management, employee engagement, and recruitment processes
  • Manage absence processes and monitor actions related to the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (including contact with the occupational health physician)
  • Initiate and execute recruitment and selection processes for both office and production staff (including contact with recruitment agencies)
  • Act as an advisor to the management team and report directly to the CFO
  • Ensure accurate HR administration regarding onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding

What do we ask for?

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in HRM
  • Strong HR expertise (preferably in a production environment) with up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal aspects
  • Analytical skills combined with tact and process awareness
  • A mature sparring partner with a helicopter view and excellent communication and social skills at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a company with short communication lines, a hands-on mentality, and a strong focus on “getting better every day”
  • A proactive self-starter with a pragmatic approach who takes ownership of HR issues and ensures follow-through
  • Sensitive to organizational dynamics and able to respond appropriately; resilient, with a practical mindset and a sense of humor
  • Open to innovation and change
  • Proficient in digital tools such as MS Office and HR information systems
  • Motivated to see tangible results of your work within the organization and among employees
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English
  • Willing to work on-site in Cuijk; you will be the key HR contact person

Our company

Through in-depth knowledge of the baby food category, Joannusmolen develops relevant products in line with the latest trends and developments. Joannusmolen uses legumes and special cereals as a basis. We then combine playful and challenging shapes with vegetables and fruit. Low in salt, low in fat, oven-baked, not fried, no sugar added etc. The modern production facility is fully robotised and built to produce as efficiently as possible to ensure full focus on controlling the process and quality of the products. Sustainability has been in our DNA for 40 years.
