What does the position entail?

– Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift, and checking off delivery notes and loading lists
– Performing quality checks on incoming goods in line with HACCP and BRC standards
– Supplying raw materials and packaging to the Operations department
– Picking and preparing orders for shipment
– Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and food-safe
– Collecting and processing waste in accordance with environmental regulations
– Performing basic maintenance on forklifts such as cleaning and charging batteries

What do we ask for?

– Minimum of MBO-level education (equivalent to vocational training), preferably in Logistics. Experience in a similar role is a plus
– A valid forklift certificate and category B driving licence
– Strong communication skills, a team player mentality and a customer-focused attitude
– Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently
– Willing to work in shifts if required
– Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

Our company

Through in-depth knowledge of the baby food category, Joannusmolen develops relevant products in line with the latest trends and developments. Joannusmolen uses legumes and special cereals as a basis. We then combine playful and challenging shapes with vegetables and fruit. Low in salt, low in fat, oven-baked, not fried, no sugar added etc. The modern production facility is fully robotised and built to produce as efficiently as possible to ensure full focus on controlling the process and quality of the products. Sustainability has been in our DNA for 40 years. We are continuously driven to devise and implement solutions that help make the world a little more liveable for ourselves and the generations to come.
