Our gluten-free buckwheat flour has a pleasant earthy taste, is easily digestible and contains no allergens. It is a perfect alternative to wheat flour in breads and pastries. Made from hulled buckwheat, carefully ground, sifted and packaged. Tastes good, feels good.

Buckwheat wraps (8 pieces):

450g (vegetable) milk
150g buckwheat flour
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
Oil

  1. Mix the buckwheat flour, milk and eggs into a smooth batter
  2. Heat oil in the pan
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter into the hot pan
  4. Fry the wraps for 2 minutes per side until golden brown
  5. Re-grease the pan for each wrap.
