Flatbread:

200g chickpea flour
600ml water
4 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt, black pepper

Mix flour with salt and pepper.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Let rest for 4 hours, remove foam.
Stir olive oil into batter.
Bake 35 minutes at 200°C.
