Teff Cake:

250g teff flour
250g butter
250g sugar
5g salt
5 eggs
1 bag of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt butter and mix with sugar and salt.
Add eggs and beat for 5 minutes until fluffy.
Fold in the teff flour and baking powder.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
